Bromley FC offers full-time role for FM24 gamers
Bromley FC in partnership with Xbox is affording FM24 gamers the opportunity to put their football tactic skills to the test with an unbelievable job offer.
Bromley, who are currently members of the National League, the fifth tier of English football, are using the latest Football Manager game to hire a paid 'Support Tactician' for the club.
The Tactician won't need an impressive CV or a degree in analytics or anything similar; instead, applicants will be judged on skills and performances on FM24.

The role will involve shadowing and learning from the Bromley coaching staff in order to understand the ins and outs of all the tactical decision-making that goes into preparing a professional football team.
As stated by NME, to apply for the role, gamers will need to first complete the achievement "Championes" in the game by guiding a team to a domestic league title win.
After that, the gamer must fill out a form and send a one-minute video explaining why they deserve the role before completing an interview with the club.
