The Siya crew has reliably been informed that Stellenbosch FC midfielder Ibraheem Jabaar has jetted out of the country to complete a move abroad, despite local interest.

Stellies signed the Nigerian youth international back in 2021 as an 18-year-old from Nigerian outfit, Ijebu United.
Billed as a gem upon his signing, not only has he lived up to that billing but in two seasons at the club, he has become an instrumental part of coach Steve Barker's team.
With Jabaar dishing out one eye-catching performance after the other, the crew has subsequently been informed that the 20-year-old is closing in on a move to Europe.
According to Siya sources, the Nigerian is closing in on a move to Israeli Premier League outfit Maccabi Petah Tikva, although there was local interest in his services.
According to information made available to the Siya crew is that Jabaar has jetted out to Petah Tikva and looks set to complete a move for an undisclosed fee.
Jabaar, as part of his bright performances, managed to pick up the coveted Young Player of the Season Award at the SFC annual awards ceremony last year.
