The Siya crew has been reliably informed that SuperSport United are interested in signing Zimbabwean forward Terrence Dzvukamanja.
The Nedbank Cup final hero's contract with Orlando Pirates is due to expire at the end of this month and the Soweto giants are believed to have already shown an interest in keeping him.
A two-year deal is understood to be on the table for the striker, with the player more than happy to stay, as expressed in an interview with the media after scoring the winner in the cup final against Sekhukhune United recently. Matsatsantsa, however, are in the mix and are understood to have made contact with the forward's camp to see if there is any chance that he could join them for next season.
The Tshwane-based outfit was interested in signing the player during the January transfer window, after he had made just one appearance for Pirates in the first half of the season. But he ended up staying with the side, where he had a great second half of the campaign, which saw him playing a key role in both the DStv Premiership and Nedbank Cup.
Pirates hold the key at the moment when it comes to the future of Dzvukamanja, but Soccer Laduma has it on good authority that SuperSport are ready to pounce if things do not go according to plan.
Matsatsantsa are seriously looking to bolster their squad to compete with Mamelodi Sundowns next season and do well in the CAF Confederation Cup.
