Sekhukhune United are believed to be planning a major squad shake-up, according to insiders privy to information.
Siya sources close to the club have indicated that many of the older players in the squad are likely to leave as the technical team led by head coach Eric Tinkler implements a more balanced team vision.

According to the sources, Tinkler is understood to want a competitive mix of youth and experience as Sekhukhune prepare for next season, potentially including CAF football.
Insiders close to Babina Noko stated that the shake-up is aimed at preparing the team for higher levels of competition. Among the players expected to leave are seasoned veterans like goalkeeper Badra Ali Sangare, defender Daniel Cardoso, goalkeeper Lloyd Kazapua, midfielder Thabang Monare, captain Linda Mntambo, and Semidfielder Pogiso Mahlangu (32).
"It's more like a clean up so that they start on a clean slate. Some of the players will be given different roles at the club while others will be released. It's apparently one way of building a squad that will be more competitive even if they play in Africa as well next season. So that's why it's believed that some of these players will be released," the source told Soccer Laduma.
A second insider stated that the revamp will not be limited to older players but will also include players who have struggled for game time this season.

"The club will go through a revamp. It's like an overhaul during the off season and there are other players who will also be released. That's why goalkeeper Lloyd Kazapua is believed to be one on that list and others are on that list as well," the second insider observed.
The squad changes under Tinkler are expected to mark a significant transition as Sekhukhune look to improve on their current foundation.
Soccer Laduma contacted Sekhukhune United for comment on the looming squad changes, but there was no response at the time of publishing.
