A decision has been made on the future of Romain Folz at AmaZulu as the Durban-based club is making changes for next season.
In April, Folz was demoted to the position of technical advisor at Usuthu, following the disappointing results by the team under his guidance.

The French-Morrocan had been with the KwaZulu-Natal giants since October, having joined as replacement for Brandon Truter.

"He was happy at the club and appreciates the fact that he was moved to the technical advisor role when coaching changes were made, but now he feels that he wants to be involved where he will be the head coach again. That's the aim for him and he will be assessing his options going forward," the source said.
Meanwhile, AmaZulu have been linked with Belgian mentor Luc Eymael after the club decided against retaining Ayanda Dlamini as the team's head coach.
Dlamini has been caretaker coach since taking over from Folz in April and it has since been confirmed by the club that he has been allowed to leave.
In other developments at the club, AmaZulu have confirmed signing Celimpilo Ngema from Marumo Gallants, while Lehlohonolo Majoro is one of the players leaving the team.
