Kaizer Chiefs are still in the hunt for an experienced defensive midfielder as they seem to be losing their reported main target in this position, which is arguably DR Congo player Fabrice Ngoma.
Now, Amakhosi could be casting their eye on Zimbabwean international, Kundai Bunye but archrivals Orlando Pirates might also be looking at the same player.

Different Siya sources in the know have indicated that both the Soweto giants are possibly inquiring about Bunye.
Speaking to the Siya crew, the sources indicated that the London born 25-year-old former Helsingborgs IF midfielder is a free agent and can sign for a team of his choice.
"He was in Zimbabwe a few days ago and both Pirates and Chiefs were inquiring about him," said the Siya source.
"He is a very good player such that whoever gets him won't regret it. He had other offers in Europe but he wants to come and play closer to home.
"He hasn't played in Africa before and he has made it clear that coming to the PSL is his priority right now. I can't say which of the two teams has a better chance as it will all depend on talks and offers," the source concluded.
Another source added that Chiefs might have heard about him through a former midfielder and they are thinking about bringing him on board.
"One of Chiefs' former players told them about the player but by that time Pirates had already inquired about him too. It's a tricky situation for both teams as you have seen in recent times how they have lost players to each other. But for now, Chiefs seem to need him more than Pirates. Let's just wait and see how the talks will go," the source informed the Siya crew.
