Kaizer Chiefs winger Lehlogonolo George Matlou is one of the players at the club whose future might be hanging in the balance as previously reported by the Siya Crew.
The former Swallows FC player has arguably not been effective since he joined the Glamour Boys which has resulted in reports about him possibly being loaned out or potentially released.

However, Siya sources have indicated that Chiefs could possibly keep him until the end of his contract in June 2024.
Sources very close to the club added that since no team has shown interest in the Soweto born 24-year-old yet, that is why they could then keep him at the club.
"For now they have no choice or very little choice as he is still contracted to them," said the Siya source.
"Unless they want to pay him off for the remaining year then he can be a free agent. But they don't want to do that and that's why they want to see him finish his contract.
"It's a tricky situation for the club as they want players who can play in that position but at the same time they are avoiding having just too many players and having a huge salary bill at the end of the month.
"So, they will keep him hoping that suitors will come through and mainly to buy him straight out as he only has a year remaining on his contract," the source said.
Matlou had last played for the team on May 13 when they lost 1-0 to SuperSport United and that was his 12th league appearance of the campaign. He created just one assist all season.
The Siya crew contacted Chiefs but no comment was received while preparing this story.
