Pitso Mosimane is currently towing the unemployment line, but speaking exclusively to Soccer Laduma, the coach has dropped a massive hint on where his future could lie amid growing speculation that he could return to the DStv Premiership.
Mosimane, by his own admission, says his future could well lie "in the desert".

Referring to Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region, where he has overseen three jobs so far in Al Ahli Jeddah, Al Wahda (UAE) and Abha Club (Saudi Arabia), the 59-year-old has cast his sights on a return abroad where he continues to hoist the South African flag aloft.
He is currently in the country where he has taken a hands-on approach to working on his academy which has grown in stature since its implementation two years ago.
"I'm focused on PMSS (Pitso Mosimane Soccer Schools) coming here to Engen (Knockout Challenge), trying to see what's happening with youth football, trying to measure the football that is here to my coaches. When I speak to my coaches, I must speak from an informed position. I must know what is happening. I'm not on the ground. I'm never here. When I'm here, I'm at work," Mosimane told the Siya crew of his current activities.
Asked about what could be next in his prestigious coaching career, Mosimane, as he has been stating in recent times would prefer to challenge himself abroad even though there are rumours that he could rejoin Mamelodi Sundowns after Rulani Mokwena's departure.
"I could be in Spain and enjoying the sun. I could do anything. I could be following the Euros and enjoying myself, but I chose to be with the u13s in Bela- Bela. I chose to be here because I am telling people that I need to contribute to the football in the country, but I don't know what's happening, so I need to know. So, I'm at work, yes. I'm still a coach, as you know, because anyway I need to support PMSS. If I don't go to the desert then how am I going to fund PMSS? I've got 50 coaches, they have to be paid at the end of the month and I think you know you have never seen me announcing sponsors?" he added.
