News reaching the Siya crew is that Dan Malesela is leading the race for the vacant coaching role at Sekhukhune United, as the club looks to make a decision on the new man in charge.
According to sources, Babina Noko are closing in on appointing a new coach to succeed Kaitano Tembo who was relieved of his coaching duties at the club at the beginning of the month.

According to sources, several coaches have been interviewed, including Ernst Middendorp, Dylan Kerr, Brandon Truter and Morena Ramoreboli, although indications are that the club is keen on appointing Malesela who is currently in charge of Marumo Gallants.
"Sekhukhune United is working on finalizing the appointment of a new coach and several coaches have been interviewed by the club although Dan Malesela remains a target for the team. But the thing is that the coach is contracted to Marumo Gallants and his release from the club would have to be negotiated," said the source.
