Dan Malesela remains suspended by Marumo Gallants, but the Siya crew has been informed that talks are underway to end his misery and have been back in business next season.
Gallants confirmed Malesela's suspension in January, not long after they had secured him on a three-year deal from Royal AM, as the club roped in Dylan Kerr to turn things around after a difficult period with no positive results.

The Siya crew understands that Malesela is ready to make a return to the dugout and it's only a matter of time before he is seen working again.
Indications are that the former Chippa United coach, who has often been praised for his style of football, has not ruled out the possibility of coaching outside the country, as his representatives are in talks with teams both locally and internationally.
According to information received by the Siya crew, Malesela and his representatives have entered a phase of negotiating a settlement, so that the coach can start a new chapter in his coaching career elsewhere.
This was Malesela's second spell as coach of Gallants, with the first one being successful. He led the club to the 2022 Nedbank Cup final, but they lost to Mamelodi Sundowns in the final, as he was looking to win the competition for the second time after clinching it with TS Galaxy.
