A crucial few months await Dallas FC midfielder Katlego Ntsabeleng as his contract with the club comes to an end, although the MLS outfit do have the final say on his future.
The 25-year-old has been on the books of the side since January last year after being drafted from Oregon State University. In the year-and-a-half since joining, 'Tsiki' has, for the most part, been a regular fixture in coach Nico Estévez's line-ups, with the Spanish manager understood to be a huge fan of the Daveyton-born star.
This season, however, the midfielder has struggled to pin down a starting berth at the club and in the 18 appearances he has made in all competitions, only four of them have come from a starting position so to speak.
Information reaching the Siya crew is that Ntsabeleng's deal at the club comes to an end in December 2023, although the club do hold an option to extend his stay for a further two years.
It now remains to be seen how matters pan out in the next four months for the former Stars of Africa Academy, Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns and University of Johannesburg midfielder with his future hanging firmly in the balance.
