Denwin Farmer's first season at Sekhukhune United has been a difficult one, but Brandon Truter has given the player reason to believe that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
A former junior international, Farmer joined Sekhukhune after parting ways with Baroka FC last term but it's been a testing period for him since making the move to Babina Noko.

The 26-year-old has spent a big part of the season injured, making just three appearances for the ambitious outfit up to now.
The injury has set Farmer back a bit in terms of progress in his career and may, in fact, have a say in his future with the club. But Truter's comments could give Farmer hope that he will still be with the club next season and that he will get more time on the pitch.
This season Daniel Cardoso and Edwin Gyimah have been playing as a central defensive pairing at Sekhukhune and Farmer would need to work extra hard to get ahead of one of them in the team. The SuperSport United product can also play as a left back, which gives the technical team options of playing him in different roles.
"When I came in, he had a long-term injury, but getting back from rehab as well. Cardoso and Gyimah have been doing well in central defence and then we have Tresor Yamba who came in and put up his hand for a spot in that defence," Truter said to the Siya crew.
"But Denwin played against Galaxy and it shows that he is focused. He is still working hard and that's all I can ask for," the former Swallows FC and AmaZulu coach added.
