The ambition of Al Ahli Jeddah might just be bigger than coach Pitso Mosimane, despite the coach leading the club to the Saudi Arabian First Division title in just nine months according to the club's owner.
Mosimane added yet another trophy to his cabinet after his side claimed a 1-0 win over Al Qadisiyah on Tuesday evening, claiming his seventh league title in a third country.
However, the ambition of the club could see them go in a completely new direction in terms of their coach.
Al Ahli President Walid Moaz speaking to TV station Kora said that a decision will be made on Mosimane's future after their final game of the season next Monday.
"After the last Al-Hazm match in the league, we will decide at that time whether or not the coach will continue, and Pitso Mosimane performed well with the team, but the ambition is greater," he said.

Mosimane meanwhile, alluded to the 'next challenge' after lifting the title on Tuesday."Delivered on our mandate of promoting the team to Premier League and tonight of winning the Championship! In any league or competition, country or continent, we catch big fish! Nile River before and tonight in the Red Sea. Waiting for the next project," he tweeted.
