In what has been a big month of moves for South Africans overseas, it appears Bongani Zungu is closing in on a move to Spain's La Liga.
According to Siya sources, the 27-year-old could be on the verge of joining RCD Mallorca after terms were agreed between the Spanish outfit and Zungu's club, Amiens SC, although there is a catch.

The Siya crew has been informed that Mallorca and Amiens have agreed on a loan until the end of the season with an option to buy - but only if the French Ligue 1 side can find a replacement before tomorrow's deadline.
Zungu, a star for Bafana Bafana in the recent Africa Cup of Nations, is thought to have already agreed personal terms with Los Bermellones, and is now waiting to see whether the move can be completed in time.
The former Vitoria de Guimaraes midfielder has been coveted by a number of clubs in the past, but this is the closest he has come to actually leaving Amiens.
Zungu has since landed in Mallorca as he waits to see if the deal can go through in time, with his arrival being captured by Spanish media as seen below, with reports stating that Mallorca will pay a €500,000 loan fee (around R8m), and it will cost upwards of €5m (around R80m) if they wish to make the deal permanent.
