Richards Bay FC head coach Brandon Truter was critical of his players for not capitalizing on Kaizer Chiefs playing with ten men.
Chiefs played the entire second half with ten players after Reeve Frosler was sent off a minute after the halftime break.

The former Moroka Swallows tactician felt the players' decision-making on the night was not up to par.
"They gave us a bit of a problem in the wider areas. We came out [in the second stanza] and changed the formation. They get a man sent off, which gave us an upper hand, we changed the game, being on the front foot," Truter told SuperSport after the game.
"But the goals we conceded...We did not pick up the second ball, we went to sleep. There are certain moments in the game the coach can't coach, that situation belongs to the player.
"That's where decisions-making, awareness and a bit of quality comes in and I think we were let down by that tonight, because some decisions were baffling, especially with time on the ball.
"The one man Chiefs gifted us we gave it away, we rushed things, our composure let us down. These are moments which comes down to IQ, awareness and a bit of quality.
"But it's an ongoing process, it's not the result we were hoping for but we can't let our heads down, we still have a game in 72 hours. A bit disappointed with some individuals but it's an ongoing process."
