After revealing to the Siya crew that he has retired as a player, Sifiso Myeni has named a best 11 of individuals he played with throughout his career, including the late Senzo Meyiwa.
Myeni featured for Bidvest Wits, Orlando Pirates, SuperSport United and TS Sporting in South African football, before making a move to VTM FC in Botswana, which was the last club he played for. The 36-year-old donned the Bafana Bafana jersey, playing with some of the finest talent his country has produced.

Most of the players in Myeni's line-up are from while he was in the colours of Pirates, with others coming from his time at Wits and the few occasions he had in the senior national team.
The standouts in the team are the late Meyiwa, who was really coming into his own as a top goalkeeper in the country for his untimely death in 2014. Legendary overseas exports Benni McCarthy and Steven Pienaar are also part of Myeni's team, as well as Thulani Serero who is playing his football in the Middle East.
Myeni was given his first opportunity by Wits back in 2008 and went on to have a good career which saw him winning titles at Wits, Pirates and SuperSport. He missed out on continental success as Pirates lost in the finals of the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup, but it does not take away the fact that he got to play with some quality players in his time.
