Pirates have confirmed that Mbele has parted ways with the club.
"Orlando Pirates has accepted the resignation of the club's administration manager Mr Floyd Mbele. The club management wishes him the best in his future endeavours," Pirates confirmed in a short statement on the club's official website.
It is not the first time that Mbele has parted ways with the Soweto giants in pursuit of a career elsewhere.
In 2011, the experienced administrator had left the club to join the now defunct Platinum Stars where he served in different roles during his short spell.
