Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveirio explains why did not rest certain players ahead of the next clash against Mamelodi Sundowns.
The Buccaneers secured back-to-back wins in the Betway Premiership after defeating Sekhukhune United 2-1 on Wednesday night.

Pirates already lost Thabiso Sesane to injury in the first half, with Thapelo Xoki brought on for the remainder of the game.
"It's always an inconvenience obviously, the game plan is not gonna change, it was not compromised but you need time to adjust again some positions, some behaviors, also for Thapelo to come in an unexpected way," Riveiro went on.
"It was difficult for him in the beginning to get the pace, to get the rhythm but little by little I think we managed to be ourselves especially in the first-half and in the beginning of the second."
Riveiro did admit there was a temptation to rest players when they were leading by two goals in the second half.
"Not at all, we came here thinking these three points, even with a 2-0, there's always the temptation to think that maybe we close and we can have the opportunity to rest the players but it was not the case, we had to fight until the end," he added.
"Every sub we made was due to some different circumstances but never thinking in the next game."
