Mamelodi Sundowns coach Rulani Mokwena has confirmed news regarding Thembinkosi Lorch ahead of the Nedbank Cup final.
Lorch has been trending for the wrong reasons this past week following a video that went viral and it's now been revealed by Mokwena that the attacking midfielder will not be part of the team to face his former side Orlando Pirates in the final at Mbombela Stadium on Saturday.

Mokwena, however, revealed that Lorch is out due to injury.
"On Lorch, is he available for Saturday? No, he is not available. I say this to you guys all the time; when it comes to players, you will get no negative word from me," Mokwena said during the Nedbank Cup final press conference held in Sandton, Johannesburg, on Thursday afternoon.
"I always protect my players in the media. The space where I am honest and open with them is when I close my office and I have a face-to-face conversation with them. You are not going to hear anything about Lorch from me today.
Pressed further on why Lorch will not be available, Mokwena said: "He is injured. He has been removed from the group. He got injured against Stellies and he might have to undergo surgery."
