The eight teams that manage to book their spot in the Nedbank Cup quarterfinals over the next few days will discover their next opponents on Thursday evening.

This year's Round of 16 games will get underway this evening as Bidvest Wits take on Magesi FC in Polokwane, with the Tshwane Derby between Supersport United and University of Pretoria closing the round on Tuesday night.
Once all of the games have taken place over the next few days, it has been confirmed that the eight quarterfinalists will find out their fates on the evening of Thursday March 7th when the draw is made.
