The 29-year-old said he believes that their opponents are capable of coming away with a win, despite Dikwena registering a 3-0 win over Julio Leal's team in an Absa Premiership encounter in February.
"In any cup game the results in a league game really don't matter. They could not be doing well in the league but they can surprise you in a cup game and we are aware of that, " he told the Siya crew.
The Malawian international went on to say that his team will be respecting their opponents and that they are ready to challenge for the trophy.
"We respect City because we know what they are capable of doing but we are ready for this game and trophy. We want to continue with our good form and use it in the game today," Ng'ambi concluded.
