The diminutive midfielder responded quite well and bagged the Man of the Match award as they drew 0-0 with Mamelodi Sundowns.
"First of all I'd like to thank the Almighty for the talent and secondly coming to the game, it was a tough game but we managed to fight together as a team," Ndlondlo told SuperSport after the game.
"And also I needed to give back to the technical team for believing in me. It's my first time for being in the team and they gave me a start, so I needed to give back to them.
"I thank them for this, I think it belongs to them and the team as well. We really fought but it's part of the game that we drew nil-nil."
When asked about the final day of the transfer window, he added,"It was like one hell of...it was a like a dream to me because out of the blue I had to play for the biggest team on the continent," he said.
"So I needed to continue with the good work I have been doing from my previous team and translate it to the team, the biggest team in the country.
"So I think the welcoming from the guys was very important for me because it played a good role to me, they encouraged me, they pushed me.
"They told me never to change the way I was playing and continue to play the way I was playing and I think I displayed that thing and thank you so much."
