Ahead of the MTN8 final between Orlando Pirates and AmaZulu, a few former PSL players and coaches have given Soccer Laduma their predictions on who will triumph at Moses Mabhida Stadium this weekend.
Pirates are looking to improve on their cup final record of just two wins in the last 11, while Usuthu are determined to end a 30-year trophy drought. With a game of this magnitude difficult to predict, former players have given their thoughts on who will reign victorious.

PREDICTIONS
Brent Carelse - former Ajax Cape Town Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder
"I think Pirates should win this one. Maybe they will win it on penalties."
Mokete Tsotetsi - former Jomo Cosmos Kaizer Chiefs defender
"It's a difficult one. Both teams have a good squad. Pirates just lost to Chiefs and want to redeem themselves and the AmaZulu players want it. But I will give it to Pirates because they want to redeem themselves after losing to Chiefs. They will work harder to win this one."
Tyren Arendse - former Santos Orlando Pirates striker
"I think it's evenly balanced. Both teams have quality. The team that can play the game and not let the occasion get to them will win. Pirates to win by two goals. If it's a tight one, then AmaZulu (to win) by one goal."
