Speaking at a media day before the club's MTN8 second leg clash with Platinum Stars on Sunday (August 24), the 'Bullet' told the PSL's official Twitter feed, "I was motivated when people said I will be on the transfer list. Football is a funny game. Even when people write you off, you must work hard. Your destiny is in your own hands."
Masango further explained that the more he plays well, the more he should keep on working hard.
"I can't relax now. There is no time to relax. I have to continue working hard and make sure that I contribute to the success of the team. Going into the MTN 8 game against Platinum Stars, we have to win. They will come here to change the results but we have to maintain our game and win to progress to the finals. So whether as a team or as a player, there is no time to relax," the former Amajita star explained.
Sunday's action gets underway from 15h00 at FNB Stadium.
