George Maluleka Believes His Versatility Can Help Amakhosi

After receiving the Man of the Match award, Kazier Chiefs midfielder, George Maluleka, believes his versatility will help the side going forward. The midfielder bagged a brace as Chiefs defeated Platinum Stars 2-0 at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium and he believes it was a tough outing against the defending champions. "It wasn't easy, It was a hard fought victory, the boys did well, all credit must go to the team and obviously the coach and his game plan," Maluleka said after the game. "I'm a very versatile player, I can play in a lot of positions, it's a good thing because I'll be able to help the team going forward. "I got myself into a couple good positions today, and I could have put one or two away but in the end I was able to get a brace and I'm grateful for that." Meanwhile, Maluleka was not pleased with Solomon Mathe's dangerous tackle in the first half. "it's unbelievable how these guys tackle today, because it was off the ball, but luckily I was able to carry on." he added.
