Having only secured a move to Orlando Pirates last week, club head coach Jose Riveiro has commented on whether the likes of Kermit Erasmus will be available to face Mamelodi Sundowns in the MTN8 semi-final this weekend.

Erasmus, Phillip Ndlondlo and Sipho Chaine have had a few days to get acquainted with their new teammates after completing moves from Sundowns, Marumo Gallants and Chippa United, respectively.
Having had a closer look at his new recruits, Pirates' Spanish coach says he has been impressed with what he has seen from Pirates' new players so far.
"Happy with the new recruits, we have a group of players who have done well and we have three more who have come to help do things better as part of a good collective. They will try to give us new tools to try and win games and the adaptation has been going well," he told journalists at the PSL offices.
Asked about whether the trio will be available for the Sundowns clash, Riveiro says that the players are in contention to start although he is none the wiser on who his starting XI will be at this point.

"They will be available but because the game is on Wednesday so we have no idea who will be available. We are happy to have them in the group and they are performing already," he said.
