MTN8 Semi-Final
Teams: Highlands Park and Polokwane City
Date: 17 September 2019
Venue: Makhulong Stadium
Both Highlands Park and Polokwane City will have a chance to write history when they clash in the second leg of their MTN8 semi-final on Tuesday evening at Makhulong Stadium.
The match will get underway at 19h30.
The Lions of the North will be wary of not conceding an away goal after the first-leg tie ended goalless in Polokwane at the end of August, just before the international break.
Owen Da Gama will also be concerned about the match fitness of his charges as they have not been in action since the FIFA break ended.
However, the Tembisa-based side are on a five-match unbeaten run from all competitions since losing to Kaizer Chiefs on the opening weekend of the Absa Premiership season.
Zlatko Krmpotic's troops are in good form as they have combined a four-game unbeaten run in all competitions and will be confident of progressing to the final after ending Kaizer Chiefs' undefeated run with a 1-0 win in the Absa Premiership on Saturday.
Here's how they line up:
