Steve Barker's charges are placed eighth on the log with six points, just one point behind their opponent, Sundowns.
Stellenbosch beat the Brazilians for the first time in their history with a 3-0 drubbing towards the end of last season while the sides shared the spoils 1-1 in the first-round meeting.
