Usuthu continued their fine start to the campaign with a thrilling 3-2 win over Swallows at Dobsonville Stadium last Friday.
The win took Brandon Truter's charges to the summit of the DStv Premiership standings and another win this evening will keep them there for another week.
Usuthu will come up against an Arrows side who are to pick up maximum points after four rounds this season.
Abafana Besthende opened the campaign with back-to-back losses to Richards Bay and Sekhukhune United, before they secured draws against Marumo Gallants and TS Galaxy.
Arrows are one of three remaining teams in the top-flight yet to secure victory this season after Cape Town City got their first win on Tuesday night against Kaizer Chiefs.
Abafana Besthende did come out on top when these two sides last met, after claiming a 2-1 victory at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.
