While they have scored 16 goals in his absence, Mamelodi Sundowns co-coach Manqoba Mngqithi says Peter Shalulile could make a surprise appearance against Orlando Pirates in the MTN8 semi-final this weekend.

The Brazilians have been without their top goalscorer for the past three games for what the club has described as a 'strange' injury.
They have faired well in his absence scoring 16 goals in the three matches played against lowly La Passe and Marumo Gallants respectively.
Now with their match against Pirates on the horizon, Mngqithi has painted a bleak picture over Shalulile's possible participation in the match, although he could be a surprise inclusion on the day.
"To be honest, I would not like to talk much about our players in our camp – the truth is, he only biggest thing that I am happy about is that we tried to see how the team can perform without Peter in the last three matches and we have scored 16 goals in three matches and for us that's very important," he told journalists at the PSL offices in Parktown.
"As to whether he'll be part of this one or not, at this stage I cannot be sure. We did rest him over the last three matches because we also want to have him as fresh as possible and probably, he might come in as a big surprise for this match. At this stage it's very difficult to say whether he's in or out because the specialist have to give a call in that space but his condition is still okay in terms of physical condition, so we just have to wait and see what comes out of the specialist," he explained.
