Insight Into Possible Mbule Move

Insight Into Possible Mbule Move

The Siya crew has been given some insight into the possible exit of Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Sipho Mbule, with reports suggesting he will be heading out on loan for the season.

The 26-year-old recently recovered from injury and has been training with his teammates, but there is a good chance that he will be heading to Sekhukhune United for the season to get some game-time.

As reported by the Siya crew recently, Sundowns are working behind the scenes to complete the signing of Stellenbosch FC midfielder Jayden Adams before the close of the transfer window on Friday, with the club set to pay double figures to get the Bafana Bafana player on board.

Sundowns have been following the progress for close on a year now and are determined to get him on board, which would add more quality to the midfield at Chloorkop which features the likes of Teboho Mokoena, Marcelo Allende, Lebohang Maboe, Sphelele Mkhulise.

Indications are that the technical team feel that Mbule might not be able to get a lot of game time this season ahead of the other midfielders in the team, which is why Sundowns are open to letting him go for the campaign to get more minutes on the pitch.

The player's agent, Mike Makaab, will be in discussions with Sundowns with the transfer window deadline looming.

Mbule has shown glimpses of brilliance in the previous two seasons, but has not been able to hold down a regular spot in the team over a long period for different reasons.

Another Sundowns player who is expected to leave the club before the close of the transfer window is Sammy Seabi. As reported by the Siya crew, Seabi's camp are in talks over a settlement agreement, so that the player can get his clearance before the close of the window. Seabi is in the final season of his contract with Sundowns.
