Ronwen Williams has made a massive admission about his Mamelodi Sundowns future!
Williams is into his second year with Sundowns, having joined them from SuperSport United in 2022.
The switch has yielded a number of trophies so far with Sundowns having lifted a league title, winning the African Football League and with another PSL title triumph now a mere formality.
But Williams caused shockwaves when he made a recent admission that he would like to test himself beyond the Brazilians and make a switch to Europe, where he could play at the highest level.
"I'm happy at Sundowns because of what we want to achieve as a club. We want to win the Champions League, we want to be at the Club World Cup and play against these big European teams, but I've got a dream as well to play in Europe, to play overseas to show my worth and challenge the best," he told CNN.
"So if it comes obviously, it needs to be good for both parties and if it doesn't happen, I'll be happy to stay at Sundowns as well.
Williams has been head and shoulders above his peers this season and is currently leading the pack of clean sheets kept in the DStv Premiership with 13 to his name so far.
