Mamelodi Sundowns' efforts to look at South American players seem to be intensifying as they are yet again potentially interested in bringing in a player from that continent.
This time they could be interested in an attacking midfielder from Bolivia.
A Siya source at the club, who is close to the player, has indicated that the Brazilians could be looking at bringing in Ramiro Vaca Ponce, a 23-year-old Bolivian international during the upcoming transfer window.

The Siya source added that the player, who is commonly known as Vaca, is currently playing for Bolivar La Paz in his homeland.
"One of the scouts who helped bring in Leonardo Castro and Gaston Sirino is also involved in scouting this player," said the Siya source.
"The technical team has watched some of his videos and they are happy with what they have seen. He is still young and he is great quality.
"You know Sundowns don't just bring in mediocre imports and even this one promises to be good. But you know, the leagues are different but it will all depend on the player if he finally arrives. But almost everything is in place," the source said.
The 23-year-old has played 10 times for his country's Under-20 national team and he has 21 caps for the senior national team. Sundowns media and communications department could not be reached for comment at the time of preparing this story.
