As Mamelodi Sundowns prepare to take on Al Ahly in the CAF Champions League, two players who are arguably the best attackers to come out of the club's Diski Challenge structure, look set to face off.
Sundowns have often been questioned over the millions they spent in the market for bringing in some of the best players, but rarely get credited for the work they do behind the scenes to develop fine talent, and none shine as bright as Percy Tau and Cassius Mailula in attack.

Keletso Makgalwa is another that many had high hopes for, but his career has not gone quite well in recent years, while Mailula has stepped up in his first season in the first team, standing out as the side's top scorer at the moment and becoming the youngest Sundowns player at the age of 21 to reach double figures in a campaign.
Before making a move to Europe in 2018, Tau was the most prized possession in the squad, having won the PSL footballer of the season, as well as the golden boot award during his time with the reigning DStv Premiership champions.
Since his departure, Sundowns have not really had a star coming from their ranks, but Mailula has stepped up and given everyone associated with the club a reason to believe that he is their next most valuable player.
Mailula has found the back of the net in both of Sundowns' Champions League group stage matches thus far and he will have the ultimate test when he faces Tau's side Al Ahly, who have dominated the competition for as long as the youngster has been alive. Since Mailula was born in 2001, Ahly have won eight Champions League titles.
