Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has discussed what were their goals for this season and why they have every reason not to give up.
Chiefs' chances of winning silverware for the first time in eight years disappeared over the weekend after they were knocked out by rivals Orlando Pirates in the semi-finals of the Nedbank Cup.
Amakhosi are also virtually out of contention for the CAF Champions League, as they trail second-placed Pirates by six points with only two matches left.

Zwane says their goals for the season was to qualify for CAF competitions and since they are playing SuperSport United over the weekend, they have a chance to qualify for the CAF Confederation Cup.
"Look, for the club as much as we're in a rebuilding phase we still wanted to participate in CAF next season, unfortunately those chances are a bit slim," Zwane said in a press conference.
"But it's all up to us, we're not gonna give up, we're playing against SuperSport, if we finish in position three that would give us hope obviously going forward in terms of preparing for CAF Champions League in years to come.

"Because even (CAF) Confederation Cup can prepare you much better, the fact is you start travelling, it changes the mindset, also players need to dig deeper and be able to deal with many challenges of travelling all over Africa," he said.
Chiefs are four points behind third-placed SuperSport in fourth position on the table and need to beat them on Saturday and hope United don't win in the final game of the season while they get maximum points in order to qualify for the CAF Confederation Cup.
"And that's how players can grow and understand the demands of playing at level, so if it did not happen, it doesn't mean it was a bad season altogether," 'Mangethe' continued.
"I think with the new squad, giving also youngsters (chances) coming from our own development, it has been a good season in some of the things we did right, unfortunately the results were fluctuating, we were not consistent," he admitted.
