Kaizer Chiefs captains and head coach Nasreddine Nabi have been alerted to take responsibility of Gaston Sirino's behaviour following his sending off.
Sirino was red-carded for Chiefs in their 4-1 defeat to SuperSport United during the week and his sending off, with 21 minutes to go, affected Amakhosi's chances of a comeback, as they were only 3-1 down at the time.
Sirino is notorious for not holding back his emotions on the pitch and against SuperSport, got two needless yellow cards within a space of 11 minutes.
The Uruguayan's behaviour did not only cost the Glamour Boys chances of coming back against Matsatsantsa but the 33-year-old will be suspended for a big clash against his former club Mamelodi Sundowns next weekend.

Former referee Victor Hlungwani has revealed how difficult it is to deal with Sirino, after he was left with no choice but to dismiss him back in 2018, in his first season at Sundowns.
"You know one of the qualities of a referee is to prevent problems and when you prevent problems using experience, you look at players that are instrumental, you need to protect on the field," Hlungwani explained on Smash Sports YouTube Channel.
"'Don't spoil my game!' You get Sirino there, if you don't manage Sirino, you'll end up giving him a red card. At one stage I was doing a game Maritzburg and Sundowns, it was a cup game.
"Now, Sirino gets a yellow card and I could see he can't handle his emotions. I went to Hlompho (and said to him), 'Hlompho, you're the captain of the team, you're responsible for the behaviour of your own players, speak to him (Sirino). I told him if you don't take him out, this one is going! Hlompho went to Pitso (Mosimane) but Pitso did not take him out, within five minutes Sirino pulls someone with a shirt, second yellow, red! And then Hlompho was like, to coach (Pitso), 'I told you!" Hlungwani revealed.

When Sirino got his first yellow card against SuperSport just before the hour mark, captain Yusuf Maart was already substituted, with Inacio Miguel handed the arm band.
Miguel, in his first season in the PSL, most likely did not have the foresight or knowledge to speak to Sirino after he got his first yellow card and that could have been the difference in saving the Uruguayan from getting a second yellow card ahead of a crucial match against the Brazilians.
