Zwane has struggled to get Chiefs firing in his first season as the club's head coach, having lost 12 league matches in the 2022/23 season – Chiefs' worst return to date.
An insider has confirmed to the Siya crew that the meeting is set to take place at the club's Naturena head quarters on Wednesday to map the way forward!
The meeting, the crew understands, comes after Zwane's loss to Cape Town City on the last day of the season.
"There is a meeting happening tomorrow (Wednesday) and it's not looking good for Zwane," the insider said.
"There is talk of wanting to bring in a senior coach to assist Zwane, but it seems that the coach is not keen to work under that kind of system, which could see him leave," the insider confirmed.
Sign InChiefs finished in fifth place on the log standings and were also booted out of the Nedbank Cup quarterfinals by Orlando Pirates earlier this month and have not won a match since April.
In the month of May, Zwane has gone four consecutive matches without a win in charge of Amakhosi and it is expected the club statement will announce whether he will remain at the club in due course.
