Ranga Chivaviro has showed signs of being rejuvenated in these early stages of the season as Kaizer Chiefs have looked impressive under Nasreddine Nabi.
Chivaviro has scored two goals so far as Chiefs have managed to win twice in their opening three matches of their 2024/25 Betway Premiership campaign.

Amakhosi are 6th on the log with six points going into their next match on October 26 against SuperSport United.
During the 2022/23 season while still with Marumo Gallants, Chivaviro scored 17 goals from 30 matches in all competitions, including in the CAF Confederation Cup where they managed to reach the semi-finals, resulting in Nabi showing interest in his services when he was still coaching at Young Africans in Tanzania.
Last season, the burly forward netted only four goals in 20 League matches and looked to struggle as he started his Chiefs career.
Indications from well-placed sources are that the confidence showed by the Tunisian tactician has contributed to the 31-year-old's improved performances and hunger to score goals regularly.

"He (Chivaviro) is doing well and it's all because he is happy and focused. He is playing under a coach who believes in him and that's very important for a player. The coach has showed that he believes in him and he had a chat with him during pre-season and that has done well to boost his confidence," said the source.
