Insiders have revealed that securing other targeted strikers has proven challenging, leading the club to place more emphasis on Dube.
"The club is evaluating the realistic chances of signing a striker, and as things stand, Prince (Dube) looks the most promising option. The other strikers they have been eyeing, such as Michael Olunga and Fiston Mayele, appear difficult to secure, which is why attention has shifted to Dube. He's also performing well for Yanga at the moment," a source noted to the Siya crew.

Furthermore, indications are that the technical team has prioritized signing a striker and a left-back during the next window.
"There are other positions the club wants to reinforce, but the striker and left-back positions are at the top of the agenda. The striker they are currently focusing on is Prince Dube from Yanga in Tanzania," the source added.
The 28-year-old has previous experience in the South African top division, having played for SuperSport United, and has represented his country 12 times, scoring seven goals.
The Siya crew reached out to Chiefs for comment, but attempts were unsuccessful.
