Ngcebo 'Justice' Muthwa is only 26-years-old but he believes he is the right man to lead Kaizer Chiefs and he has amassed a 47 000-strong followership on Facebook who echo his sentiments.
Who is Coach Justice?
Coach Justice is a young, passionate coach who was born in Kwa-Zulu Natal, in a rural area called Inhlazuko under Richmond Municipality. I studied my lower grades then I finished my matric later on in 2015, then went on to acquire my Civil Engineering at Coastal KZN TVET College. I did my N6 there then I also went on to do my coaching license. I did my CAF D-license last year, December. I'm currently in head coach of KZN Future Stars Academy, which is one of the ambitious Academies, who was unknown until I arrived three years back.

Where does your deep love and passion for Kaizer Chiefs stem from?
To be honest, my love for Kaizer Chiefs started when I was still young. I grew up supporting that team. I grew up having a dream that one day I will play for Chiefs since I was a player and then a lot happened. You know how life is. I stopped playing, then my dream of playing for that team vanished like this. But since I've become a coach, I also wish and believe that one day I can help the team looking at the current results, the team is not doing so well. So I feel like the passion, the love, the dedication I have, I'll be able to help that team.

Looking at the current Chiefs team, what is it that you would change seeing that they havent won anything in the last eight years?
Firstly, I would say I'm taking nothing away from the from the current coaches. They are top coaches. They have all their qualifications, and they have a deeper understanding of football. But if you look at the current situation, the team has the best players in the camp. I think what is lacking is the energy and motivation and the teamwork. I believe that if they can have someone who can motivate them and always bring out what is best for them, then that team can do well. The team has quality players but maybe they're lacking someone who can motivate them to be honest because they know football, those people. So, it's only a matter of someone who believes in them so that they can do well, because to be honest, it's not about them at that moment. It's about the badge, it's about representing their brand. Chiefs is a very, very big brand, so it deserves people who will fight for the badge instead of fighting for themselves. So, I believe that having a coach and players who can fight for the badge can make a very big difference.

People might say you lack the qualifications and experience to lead a team of Chiefs' calibre?
To be honest, I'm busy with my qualifications. In December I'll do my C-license so the moment I can say, in two years to come, I'll be having my CAF B-license if God allows me to, but if Chiefs can allow me to come with my D-license and groom me, because I believe that I have passion for sports. In am the future of South African football and the future of Kaizer Chiefs. So, if they can groom me and help me to acquire my badges, I can add additional value in in the future.

Have you ever reached out to Chiefs to try and see if there's something that could happen for you?
To be honest, I never made any contact because I don't know anyone. So I was just hoping that through my social media platform, I am able to make contact, but at that moment I never contacted them.
If you could send a message to Chiefs' players supporters what would it be?
If I could send message especially to the players, I would say he's here's a young coach who's passionate, who loves the team, who wants to help where he can because he sees that the team has lots of quality, but they are lacking in terms of energy and representing the brand. I am up for this position, for the challenge and for that chance, if I can be granted. So I'm here and I'm ready to do all it takes to help the team.
