The story
Babina Noko unveiled their new Home and Away kits for the new season on Friday, debuting their red Home strip in the MTN8 quarter-finals against Cape Town City on Saturday.
In revealing the new kits, Sekhukhune announced the club's new technical sponsor, Kelme, who hit it out of the park for their first set of kit designs for the Limpopo-based outfit.
Sekhukhune's new Home kit comes in their usual, red, with their Away strip in green — both using the same design template.
Kelme's first kits for Babina Noko sees them use a v-neck collar, in white, with matching sleeve cuffs. The jersey stands out with prints of porcupine's quills and swathes of used as an enchanting background.
The club also revealed a blue Third/Alternate kit will be used in the CAF Confederations Cup. Here's what Sekhukhune's chairman had to say about the kit colours:
"We keep improving our position in top flight football and as we enter the team's fifth season of existence, we want to tap into the spirit of courage, to remain inspired and always open to growth. We are by nature, a difficult team to keep down and Kelme, the plan is to reignite that resilience," stated Simon Malatji.
