The story
Eid, officially known as Eid-ul-Fitr, is often referred to as the "Festival of Breaking the Fast." The occassion was celebrated on Monday, 31 March this year and it signifies the end of the sacred month of Ramadan and is a time of joy and unity for Muslims worldwide.
As one of the most significant holidays in Islam, Eid provides an opportunity for Muslims to reflect on their month of fasting, prayer, and spiritual growth while celebrating with family and friends.
Earlier last month, Rulani confirmed that he joined his Muslim players in observing the fast during Ramadan and at the end of his first month of fasting, he took the opportunity to extend warm Eid Mubarak wishes to Wydad supporters.
