In a rather strange and weirdly self-sabotaging manner, Napoli shared some problematic TikTok videos targeting their star player, Victor Osimhen.
One of the two deleted videos appear to mock the Nigerian international for missing a penalty, with the 24-year-old now threatening to sue the reigning Serie A champions.

Napoli and Osimhen's TikTok saga
Serie A giants Napoli have come under fire on social media after appearing to mock Victor Osimhen over a missed penalty in a TikTok video, with another video where the club seems to describe the striker as a 'Coconut'.
Although both videos have been deleted, Osimhen's agent Roberto Calenda say they're 'reserving the right to take legal action' in a recently released statement, in reaction to one of the TikToks.
The first video showed the 24-year-old appealing for a penalty against Bologna in Sunday's 0-0 draw in the Serie, with Napoli using a sped-up voice with the caption 'Gimme penalty please' before showing him missing the spot-kick wide of the post.

A second video, allegedly from the Napoli's TikTok account, which has been heavily circulated on various social media platforms and since deleted, compared Osimhen to a 'coconut' — with racial undertones pointed out by fans online.
The Super Eagle, who helped steer the North Italian side to their first Scudetto since the Diego Maradona era three decades ago, has deleted almost every picture linking him to Napoli on his Instagram account.
