The story
As Amakhosi prepare to embark on their quest for a 14th Nedbank Cup title this Sunday, goalkeeper Bruce Bvuma and midfielder Nkosingiphile Ngcobo are undertaking extreme measures to improve their conditioning.
Kaizer Chiefs will host ABC Motsepe League side Free Agents at the FNB Stadium, having drawn the Tshwane-based team two weeks ago at Nedbank's head offices in Sandton.
There's a lot riding on this cup fixture for the Glamour Boys, with the players desperate to right the wrongs of last season's Round of 32 upset against Milford FC.
Historically, the Soweto giants have dominated South Africa's premier cup competition, clinching the title a record 13 times since its inception in the early 1970s.
With Bvuma the favourite to start in goal this weekend and "Mshini" hoping to build on his cameo against Sekhukhune United last Sunday, the duo are not leaving things to chance for their upcoming encounter.
Here's a look at these two Glamour Boys training alongside SuperSport TV commentator, Reggie Ndlovu:
