The story
Bruce Bvuma was one of a the few shining lights in what was a dark period for 2023/24 season for Kaizer Chiefs, who finished eight in the league and trophyless for the ninth consecutive season.
The 29-year-old reclaimed the number one goalkeeper spot in the middle of the previous campaign and with Itumeleng Khune's playing future up in the air, it might finally be time for Bvuma to make the number one jersey his own at Naturena.
It'll be a big season for Amakhosi under the tutelage of their new Tunisian coach, Nasreddine Nabi and Bvuma will hope that his performances will convince Nabi that he's ready for the responsibility of being Chiefs' starting keeper, as well as Bafana Bafana head coach, Hugo Broos.
The shot-stopper was spotted getting a fitting from local brand, Kral Clothing, who specialise in bespoke suites, traditional wear and boast a range of footwear options.
In getting dressed by the Pretoria-based brand, Bvuma follows in the footsteps of Amakhosi legend, Reneilwe Letsholonyane and Banyana Banyana goalkeeper, Andile Dlamini.
