If started from the bottom was a person, it would be former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Brighton Mhlongo, who recently wowed fans when he debuted his sleek R1.4 million ride.
Mhlongo's motoring journey began with the humble Volkswagen Polo Vivo. A car widely considered a start-up vehicle for many, and more colloquially, referred to as a "starter pack" priced around the R180 000 mark.

Shortly thereafter, the shot-stopper was seen cruising around in a stylish BMW 2 Series Coupe, which is a popular vehicle of choice among footballers locally.
A BMW 2 Series is priced from the R550 000 mark, with Mhlongo's convertible version being priced at about R840 000.
Mhlongo showed that there is indeed levels to this game when he revealed his latest car. A saucy BMW M4 Coupé, which the German automaker has priced around the R1. 4 million mark.
