SuperSport United 3-3 Orlando Pirates
SuperSport United were forced to share the spoils with Orlando Pirates after the two sides played out to a thrilling 3-3 draw on Saturday afternoon.
SuperSport went ahead in the second minute thanks to a header from Zakhele Mgobhozi, before Siphesihle Sangweni leveled matters in the 22nd minute.
SuperSport restored their lead just before the break via a Pirates own goal, however Sibusiso Mahlangu levelled matters, before Kamogelo Sithole handed Pirates the lead in the 84th minute.
However, Matsatsantsa secured a point two minutes later when Mpho Mbebe slotted home to ensure both sides earn a share of the spoils.
Maritburg United 1-2 Mamelodi Sundowns
Mamelodi Sundowns moved up to second in the MDC standings, after they secured a 2-1 win over Maritzburg United on Saturday morning.
Matlala Makgalwa handed the Brazilians the lead, before their lead was doubled via an own goal from Veluyeke Zulu.
Maritzburg pulled a goal back through Ryan Moon, while they squandered a chance to secure in stoppage time when Ayanda Nkosi failed to convert his penalty.
University of Pretoria 4-2 Ajax Cape Town
University of Pretoria have risen to third place, after they recorded a 4-2 win over Ajax Cape Town on Saturday morning.
AmaTuks secured the win thanks to goals from Harry Edge, Lucky Mathosi, Lennox Bacela and De Almeida.
