Former Kaizer Chiefs attacking midfielder Lebogang Manyama has revealed where he enjoyed his football the most, now that he recently announced his retirement.
Manyama had officially announced his retirement at age 32 last week after he could not heal from a knee injury he had sustained while still at Chiefs.

The former Cape Town City captain was released by Amakhosi at the end of the 2021/22 season and could not find a club after that, following unsuccessful attempts to heal his knee injury.
In an interview on Radio 2000, Manyama was asked where he enjoyed playing his football the most, after playing for the likes of Ajax Cape Town (now Cape Town Spurs) and Mpumalanga Aces (who sold their Premiership status to Cape Town City in 2016).
"It's a difficult one because I think in each of the teams there was something special. For example, the season we had at Aces was one of a kind," Manyama said.
"I don't think Aces ever had a season like that. Cape Town City, we all know what happened.
"Chiefs for me was a dream, that's why it's so important. Ajax gave me an opportunity of a lifetime, I think without Ajax, as a human being and as a player, I don't get to where I am today," he said.
And following that campaign with the Citizens, he earned a move to Turkish club Konyaspor but he did not stay long before he returned to the country and was signed by Chiefs in 2018.
"Obviously Cape Town City would be (where I enjoyed my football the most), I won a lot of things, trophies and everything I've won there, individually and as a team," he continued.
"Just how that season went, I think that was probably my favourite place or the favourite season that I had. So ja I think Cape Town City was something special," he said.
