He still has a number of years left on his existing contract with Cape Town City, and now the side are said to be looking at the possibility of cashing in on Brice Ambina.
In February last year, the club announced the acquisition of the Cameroon international on a contract until June 2026.

In one-and-a-half seasons in the Mother City, Ambina has established himself as one of the team's key players, making 38 appearances in all competitions in that period.
His impressive performances also saw him being included in the Indomitable Lions' recent back-to-back qualifiers against Gabon.
As a consequence, European and African teams are said to be tracking the player's progress and according to Siya sources, City are ready to listen to offers for their 21-year-old star and will engage the player to see which one is the best for him.
With three years left on his deal, the club will be looking for the highest possible price for their prized asset. Siya sources have indicated that a $215 000 (±R3.8 million) offer has been tabled already by Tanzanian outfit FC Azam for the player.

But with City well in the driving seat and interest said to be coming from Turkey and Belgium for the defensive midfielder, the Citizens could hold out for a better offer.
Gift Links (Denmark), Lebogang Manyama (Turkey) and Ayanda Patosi (Iran) are amongst the players sold to European clubs by City in recent times, with indications that Ambina could be the next added to that list.
