Cape Town City assistant coach Diogo Peral was a notable absentee from the Mother City team's bench as the club drew 2-2 with Marumo Gallants last Tuesday.
Peral had jetted out of the country, to Scotland where he has been attending a coaching course, to further his knowledge of the game.

The mentor was in the company of former colleague, Richards Bay FC co-coach Vasili Manousakis, who has also been attending the same course.
Peral is expected to be available for his club's next league appointment, to assist Eric Tinkler when the Citizens take on defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns on April 01.

City will be hoping for consistency in the Cape side's remaining matches, and for a chance to match last season's finish of runners-up in the League. The club aims for second place on the Premiership log, in order to qualify for the CAF Champions League.
The team is currently in fifth place on the standings with nine wins, six draws and eight losses.
